All cargo owners and fleets are requested to strictly comply.
The specific methods are as follows:
1. At least 8 vertical beams (4 on each side) are required for reinforcement on both sides of the side panel;
2. The door end needs to be reinforced with at least 6 crossbeams;
3. The capacity of the liquid bag is less than 24 cubic meters;
4. The door end, front end, and side panels need to be isolated with fiberboard.
